Introduction

Welcome to DAV Uniforms Delhi. By accessing our website and placing orders, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

These terms apply to all orders placed through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or in-store purchases.

1. Ordering & Payment

• Order Placement: Orders can be placed via WhatsApp, phone call, or by visiting our store.
• Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We will confirm your order with pricing before processing.
• Payment Methods: We accept Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Bank Transfer.
• Payment Terms: Full payment is required before order processing for new customers. Regular customers may have credit facilities subject to approval.
• Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Delivery

• Delivery Area: Free delivery within 5km of our store. Delivery charges apply for other areas in Delhi.
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery is within 2-3 business days for in-stock items. Custom orders may take 5-7 business days.
• Outstation Orders: We can arrange courier delivery for locations outside Delhi at actual shipping cost.
• Delivery Confirmation: Customers must verify the items at the time of delivery. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.

3. Exchange & Returns

• Size Exchange: Size exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Exchange Process: Original receipt is mandatory for all exchanges. Items without receipt will not be accepted.
• Defective Items: Defective or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery/purchase for replacement.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized items, altered garments, and accessories (socks, belts after use) cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are provided only for defective items that cannot be replaced. Cash refunds are processed within 7 business days.

4. Sizing & Measurements

• Size Guide: We provide a detailed size chart to help you select the correct size. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing.
• Measurement Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We are not liable for sizing issues due to incorrect measurements provided by customers.
• Try Before Buy: We recommend visiting our store to try uniforms before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.

5. Product Quality

• Authenticity: All uniforms are official DAV Public School uniforms that meet school specifications.
• Quality Assurance: We source our products from authorized manufacturers to ensure quality and authenticity.
• Fabric Care: Customers are advised to follow the care instructions provided with each garment.

6. Communication

• WhatsApp Orders: Orders placed via WhatsApp are considered confirmed only after we acknowledge and confirm the order.
• Response Time: We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 hours during business hours.
• Order Updates: Customers will be notified about order status, delivery schedule, and any delays.

7. Privacy Policy

• Information Collection: We collect only necessary information (name, contact, address) to process your orders.
• Data Protection: Customer information is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties except as required for order fulfillment.
• Communication Consent: By placing an order, you consent to receive order-related communications from us.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
• Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
• We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
• Customers are advised to review the terms periodically.
